Tracking my order

If you have recently placed and order with us but haven't receive it yet, please see the following information to find out where it is.
First of all please check if the order has been dispatched from our premises, for which, you would need to take into account the following:
  • Orders placed before 2 pm, Monday to Thursday, will normally be shipped that day for delivery the following working day unless you request otherwise.
  • Orders placed after 2 pm, Monday to Thursday, will automatically go out the following day.
  • Please notice that we don't dispatch orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday, anytime on Friday or during the weekend, so any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will go out the following working day, usually Monday. 

This is the standard proceeding and orders would normally be dispatched as mentioned above, and in the unlikely even of any delays we would get in contact with you. 

Then, once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you would received confirmation of it by email, so please check for this information.

  • Once the order has been dispatched your will get an email with the confirmation and the tracking number.
  • If for any reason you haven't receive any confirmation from us, please check your SPAM box, as this email could be there, otherwise please contact us at [email protected].
  • And finally, once the order is with the local courier depot, ready for delivery, you will get either an email and/or an sms with the time slot as seen below:

  • If you haven't received your parcel within 2 days of being dispatched, please get in contact with us at [email protected] so we can look into it for you.
